Pulled up to the drive through and was immediately told please give us a minute. We actually sat there for 4 minutes before we... decided to drive off. As we?re leaving we see the cashier out the window engrossed in a conversation. Truly unacceptable. Read more

I wish that there was the option to go inside to order but many times when I arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. you can only use... the drive-thru. The ladies are friendly and I feel like the service has really improved over the last few months in terms ofgetting orders right etc. Thanks to everyone who works there, I think of you as MY Dunkin' donuts! Absolutely poor service. I went to this place to get some ice cream about 7:30 pm, and when I arrived they had the doors closed... and a sign saying drive through only. I walked from a nearby hotel, so I had to stand between cars in the drive thru line to getan ice cream cone. When I got to the window the lady explained that they closed the store coz it was a dangerous neighborhood,but thus creating a dangerous situation for their customers outside. Management has no clue! I only go there for donuts - I can eat breakfast at home.
