Got a gift card from work decided to use made order online. When I went inside to pay for order was told their computer system... hasn't been working with gift cards and literally did nothing to help with the situation. Pretty big name brand to have issueslike this. Read more

So we get there and one of the employees is helping someone. No big deal. So we end up sitting down to wait ........ and... wait..........and wait......... and wait.......... all while EVERY SINGLE employee has made eye contact MULTIPLE times. Not oneemployee asked us a single thing. 20 minutes go by and another customer walks in and is IMMEDIATELY helped and left. WERE STILLWAITING TO BE HELPED. It was not even busy. I get its just a pizza place but seriously? Where is the customer service? we'reyall not trained in that department? Thanks for the cold pizza I guess lmfao. Read more

Just driving on through your town and decided I should have some pizza in honor of super bowl Sunday. $7.99 for a large three... topping pizza was a great deal. But the website did add a random .50c for no apparent reason. Which does get on my nerves whenbusinesses do this to their customers. But it was 11pm and they were open so I went with it. Upon arriving the payment machinethen asked for a tip.. I gave 10% but look, when we are asked to tip a restaurant for no table service, no serving service, nonothing other than prepping the food, they are literally asking us to pay for the employees earnings. I drove here. Used my ownfuel, my own devices and internet to order. I got off my car went in and waited. But you guys still ask for a tip? We cannot benormalizing this behavior because then businesses begin to rely on the customer to donate extra to fund their employees and inturn the businesses pay the employee less because they've built a system where the employee can expect more income from anothersource than the business. Not to mention, we simply do not know where this tip goes. It was all digital, I didn't hand him thecash. For all we know, domino's pockets half and the employees split the other, which has and keeps happening today. Also, itcreates an awkward situation where if you don't tip you are greedy and or a jerk, so you're kinda obligated to donate. So my7.99 deal turned into more than expected and I would have rather gone to pizza hut if i was gonna pay this much more. You allare a world class company with a multimillion dollar profitable business with thousands of locations around the globe. Domino'swas/is the fastest growing and most profitable pizza chain in the US during covid (Fortune Mag). Pay your employees more withthat money and please don't normize this behavior. I'm not selfish, I'm aware. BTW, the man was the only dude working at 11pm,was super kind and welcoming. Pizza was great. I believe he is a manager. Read more

Really disappointed with the Spinach and Feta Cheese Specialty pizza I ordered last night. It had very little Spinach and no... Feta Cheese on it at all. Absolutely awful delivery and customer service. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread through the app. After 30 min the order said it... was delivered by the tracker. 5 minutes later with no food called the store, said it would be here in 5 min. 15 minutes laterstill no food, called again. Again told us 5 min and that they had ?no control? over when the tracker says the food wasdelivered. Finally the order arrived about 20 min after the tracker stated. Requested contactless delivery and the driver wasstanding at the door with our pizza in hand. Opened the box to find out the pizza was incorrect. They are just trying to padtheir numbers. Nicest Guy Ever! So, so, so happy! I tried to order Domino?s online to be delivered to our new home in Lazy K on the northwest... side of town, but the app said we didn?t get delivery. I LOVE Domino?s so you can imagine how upset I was. I called the closeststore to confirm if the app was correct, and thankfully, Balance took the time to look my address up on his maps to find out weDO get DELIVERY!
