I wasn't sure what to expect, but went based on the reviews and was glad I did. The food was really good and the drinks were... also great. I'm not sure how long they've been in business as the restaurant was clearly something different in it's past, butif they keep up the quality, they should have no problems. We decided to have a girls dinner and it was amazing. It doesn?t look like much from the outside- but don?t let that sway you... from trying this place! The serving sizes are huge and the prices are more than reasonable. Friendly and prompt staff. Sooo manydifferent things to try from. Being a Tucson native, Mexican food is easily my favorite, and this place did not disappoint me inany ways! We got a carne asada taco bowl, a carne asada tostada and a carne asada wet burrito. *chefs kiss* it was alldelicious. We will be visiting again! Read more
Good good, good service. The restrooms could use some help. No towels and only one stall. Our waiter sang for the birthday... people. 9 people ate, drank and had a round of shots all for about $320.00. My ceviche was ok, tomatoes mushy, like if it wasmade and day or 2 ago. Will try again. Read more
The food was well made. The salsas were home made. They have a delicious bean salsa. Soooo good. The waitresses was polite and... knowledgeable. The prices were more than fair. I had the huevos rancheros, the eggs were perfect. It is located in a Spanishneighborhood, very authentic food. Fabulous. #goodeats Read more
Whoever gave this place less than five stars is NOT a foodie. I have been in Tucson over a week now and hit as many lauded... institutions as I could for a memorable meal, and this place wins hands-down. The place is loud and noisy, with live banda musicpopping up right at your table, a locals-only vibe with amazing colorful and delicious dishes (hence the name). :) Read more
