I heard this was tacos bell's competition...???? I wouldnt consider it a competition to begin with. The tacos are definitely not... crunchy, almost stale but the meat is good, i wouldnt recommend any of the other items. Overall I give it a 3 out of 10. Couldbe better really. Pretty bummed out. This place is horrible with customer service. It took them several minutes to help us. We were not acknowledged at all. No "we... will be right with you" or anything. The lady finally started taking our order but was not friendly. She turned and told theother cashier in Spanish that the restrooms were out of order if anyone wanted to use them. So I asked her if I could use it.She told me no. My daughter went and asked her and again she said no. When our food was ready, she just handed my daughter theboys restroom key without saying anything. Well a few minutes later a guy walks in and asks for the restroom. She gives him thekey without hesitation. Food was cold. The tortillas did not feel like they were heated at all. Just a horrible experience. Read more
Employees are rude, did not have gloves on preparing food, definitely caught an employee wiping they're face then handling food... with said bare hands. Left immediately after I saw this, and they refused a homeless person water. I left the food I paid for.Don't ever eat here. Bad energy, poor service, possible contamination. Read more
I ordered del taco through the app for delivery. It said delivered 5 minutes later. I went to call the store to see if it was... actually picked up and when I tried to explain what happened to the girl on the phone, she wouldn?t listen. She kept telling meI have to contact the delivery service and I kept telling her that I didn?t know who picked up because it never said in theemail and I never got any messages about it. It's Del Taco, better than Taco Bell and always a great alternative to burgers & fries for fast food.
