Tonight we ordered online for curb side pickup. When we notified them we had arrived we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the... food. Only had a burger with onion rings and two sundaes. When I went inside they were bagging up my food and proceeded to statethat a rush had just started. The whole time I was there I only saw 3 vehicles in the drive thru come in at a time and nobodywas dining in it seemed. Normally I would not write a review and hope for better service in the future. But this has become aregular thing, no matter the time of day, if I order online, inside, or at the drive thru. On top of that, every time I order asundae they give it to me all melty. I took this picture at home but I only live a few minutes away (this doesn?t happen when Igo to DQ which is further away). This tells me they probably make the ice cream while someone in the back is cooking orders andthe ice cream sits until my order is ready to go out. I really enjoy the food but it is still fast food and should not have toconsistently wait a prolonged period of time for it, especially when I receive it in sub-par condition in the form of melty icecream. I will say the workers are friendly and have never been rude, they are either understaffed or just not efficient. Havingsaid that I suspect poor management is the cause as it does seem like the workers are trying to roll orders out quickly. Read more
