Unfortunately, the frozen custard has not been made correctly. Especially the concrete mixers. They add way too much milk, and... it becomes a regular liquid milk shake. It has happened so much that we don't go to this location anymore.... and when we did,we would skip on the shakes. This is really unfortunate as I am a huge fan of Culver's... former Wisconsinite here! Culver's isthe only restaurant in Tucson that serves frozen custard, so I don't have any other options. Overall, the cooked food itself isgood if they're not forgetting an item.... Again, I have had them forget items, and we needed to run back in to the restaurantto complete the order. If this restaurant can get their shakes and frozen custard right and make the correct order, I would nothesitate to increase my rating! Read more
The shrimp at Culver's is usually ok, but the shrimp I had from this Culver's was very good. Fresh, hot, crispy, crunchy and... cooked perfectly. Google doesn't do half stars, so I upgraded to 4 stars because of my last visit. Read more

I'm new to Culver's and have eaten there only three times. It's got to be one of the best burgers in town; juicy and cooked just... right. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be going there in the future. Highly recommend. Read more

I went through the drive thru. My first time here. I had to have some ice cream. I wanted a cone, but I'm not sure if I wasn't... clear on my on my request or the young lady didn't hear me. This Culver's is in a great location, and it's very well staffed and all the workers were very happy and helpful. It was really... clean inside and they have curbside pickup and a window and inside seating and they have the best custard shakes and custard icecream and my mom really loves the walleye when it's available! My first time at a Culver's. The whole team was so sweet and attentive!! When I came in, I got a great big friendly welcome, and... everyone at the counter let me know that they were more than happy to take my order or answer any questions I may havehad. When it came to the famous 'frozen custard' I'd heard about, I had a hard time choosing and everyone was super, superhelpful! The girl at the counter walked me through everything and even gave me suggestions that made my order smoother (hard toexplain)! Even the guy making the frozen custard blenders... He was more than happy to help, and you could tell that he tookgreat pride in what he did. I ended up needing to go back for another one and as soon as I walked in, this look of genuineconcern (not fear or worry, but genuine concern) flashed across one of the staff member's face. I ordered a second one, and whenI tell you, everyone was so sweet and genuinely cared about making me one more frozen custard. It's hard to describe but eventhe same person making the blend, took just as much pride in making and describing my frozen custard to me when handing itback. Don't make the same mistake I did - carry cash!!! so you can tip these teenagers that will definitely put a smile on yourface as if you're back in the 1950s at your local diner For my first time at a Culver's and visiting Arizona... I can't tell ifit's Arizonan hospitality or just a really wholesome staff. But based on other shops and restaurants I've been to... I have afeeling that it's 100% unique to the really sweet staff that work here. Phew, never thought I'd rave so much about a fast foodlocation but they really deserve it.
