Service was terrible. Only customer there and the server took so long to make my signature creation- it ended up being a soft... serve milkshake with ice cream dripping off the sides. $14 for 2 like it cups. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Read more
It's insanely hot in there.. the thermostat was set to 85 IN ARIZONA? Also smelled like dog food.. go elsewhere
Overall the service and staff are incompetent and rude. Every one order placed is never ready when I arrive for pickup. 7:50 pm... pickup up time. I arrived at 8:10 hoping that my order was ready to go. IT WAS NOT. Every time it's about 30 minutes after myset pickup time. I understand if there's a rush but when there's female staff leaning back staring at their phones while 2 staffare actually working it has caused me to stop being a patron of this Coldstone. Working here was absolutely horrible. The owner and the manager have no idea how to run a business. The customer service of... these people are awful. I would ask a customer how their day was and the manager told me no small talk their going to buy theice cream anyways. Like seriously??? The back of the store is disgusting and filthy. And if you think the paper towels ur usingto dry off your clean hands are useable think again. The insides of the paper towel machines are caked with dust, I went toclean those and she said that wasnt priority, alright cleanliness not priority customers not priority, copy that.
