I am very hesitant to write a bad review, but I believe the experience I had at this Coldstone warrants warning others. I was... celebrating a birthday with my girlfriend and we wanted to have a dessert. We went to Coldstone. The ice cream is soup, it was afew degrees from being pure liquid. I am not joking when I say I have had icee?s and milkshakes thicker than this ice cream.They charge an ultra premium price of $8 for the smallest cup, but the ice cream I had was not worth it had it been free. I willnot be back and I can only recommend that if you go bring a straw because the spoon is not the proper utensil for the roomtemperature soup they call ice cream. Read more
This store is an excellent example of absolutely terrible business operation and even worse management. My wife ordered a... birthday cake online, and it was not there when she went to pick up - apparently they don?t check the online orders? The loneworker at the store tried getting ahold of management fo to no avail, and she wasn?t even able to provide a refund for the cake.A day later, no attempt by a manager has been made made to remedy the complete blunder. Yikes! I haven?t been to Cold Stone for a while as in my city there?s not many location. For an ice cream that?s called ?Oreo... overload,? oreo underload is more like it. I get that they had a lot of trainees, but for an $8 ice cream I?d hope that theycan make it right. The manager had to correct the employee before he gave it to us (he only filled about half the cup) but itwas still underwhelming. Very little Oreo pieces inside. No wonder so many cold stones have closed down in Houston! Read more

As an ice cream enthusiast, it saddens me to write this review. My boyfriend and I went to this Cold Stone to celebrate his... birthday. We ordered one of the featured creations to share and what we got was not ice cream but rather room temperature soupwith the most unappetizing appearance. Paying a premium for a small cup of soup was very disappointing. We had planned to get asmall pint of sweet cream to go but we are relieved we didn?t order the two items together.
