Went in on Thanksgiving, pies were all out (we arrived at 5pm as walk-ins for 3), we were seated right away and the wait for the... meals and drinks wasn't bad..but my soup was luke warm and I ordered a Cesar salad w/ dressing on the side..but had to send itback to be remade as it was served initially with the dressing. It's a better place for a nonchalant lunch as opposed to adinner date/ special occasion in my opinion. Read more

This is a place my 83 year old mother took me for breakfast with her aging dementia life partner. My mom and her partner have... been here many times. The people at the restaurant were very helpful with them when they had problems getting out of the booth, and they were right there on the door when we came in and when we left. They also were very friendly and helpful with aiding uswith two walkers. The food is DELICIOUS. The omelet with the tomatoes, spinach and cheese was amazing. Their honey bran muffinsare like little Bundt cakes that almost drip with honey and they are SO delicious. I bought all that they had after we finishedour breakfast (they only had 2 left after the breakfast rush and we weren't going to wait 30 minutes for more, but they wouldhave been worth waiting for more!). The cook presented a plate with perfectly cooked hash browns. I couldn't stop eatingthem. I would definitely return, matter of fact, we did. If I'm back in Tuscon again, Coco's Bakery is on my list to eat at. Isay go there RIGHT NOW (and get a honey bran muffin... You won't regret it)! ADDITIONAL REVIEW (please read to end): We went toCocoa's for Thanksgiving dinner (2022). We arrived at 2pm and were seated relatively quickly, just my mother and myself. Theplace was PACKED, I'll give them that, but we waited at least 20 minutes before a waitress came to get our order, and then Iknow the waitress who ended up waiting on us was not "our waitress", but one who realized we needed to be waited on. Mom hadthe traditional turkey dinner and said it was very good. She had enough on the plate to bring home a second complete meal. Iwent with the Hangover Burger with the Impossible patty and fries. It consists of the Impossible Burger, lettuce, tomato, & mayotopped with a fried egg and hash browns and it was amazingly De-li-ci-ous! Normally that burger comes with bacon, so if you getit, fellow vegheads, be sure to ask for it without the pig. The burger was awesome. The fries were o Read more

A nice hit of nostalgia nice tasty greasy spoon kind of food. They serve super tasty beyond burgers and the pies are maybe with... vegetable shortening so there are quite a few vegan/vegetarian options. Read more

Had to walk out. 45 minutes of waiting for fish and chips. There were few tables. Appeartly the cook cannot do his job on a slow... day and management doesn't know how to help. We simply left. Wanted a good experience, unfortunately cocos is not at all whatit used to be. Read more
