The guys came out practically threw the food in my car and when I asked... for my drinks he went and grabbed them and practically threw them in my car. Great food but it comes with atleast a 20minute wait everytime I come here. They make you park and wait in the parking lot it... pull forward in the drive thru. A simple $10 order I waited over 25minutes for. Given it was hot and fresh but not worth havinga drive through window. It should be a sit down place if you can't keep up with thr orders coming through. Read more
The staff here went out of there way to correct my order after the system deleted my order and I had to wait a little longer... than usual for a drive through pick up. The staff was very attentive to the situation and gave me a few extra sides. If I could put no stars and leave a review I would.. got my food delivered through doordash and was missing my sides and a... straw- which means the people who are putting my order together weren't doing their job properly but also the person who signedoff on the bag double checking that all my items were there before sealing it was also not doing theirs. Needless to saymanagement wasn't doing theirs because they aren't on top of their employees. Food was definitely sitting out because it wascold and stale. This was a terrible experience. I ordered two meals... One was done correctly, the other was simple: 3 chicken tenders, a... biscuit, and honey mustard sauce. The receipt showed the correct order! When I noticed the short, I tried calling the siteseveral times to no avail. I drove to the site that was supposed to have an open lobby until 10, but it was closed at 7. Satthrough the drive-thru... Explained my situation. Saw a bag being placed on the register while I was four cars back... Given thebag several minutes later with missing sauce and biscuit -- No apology, just a "geesh" as I started to pull away. What's thelikelihood that I will ever go there again?! I picked up a large order today for our company lunch The food we ordered was not only ready on time, our order was perfectly... complete, and it was nice, hot, and freshly prepared. Food is tasty for the most part. A few of the okras had a funky flavor, I just spit those out. The chicken was good - juicy and... flavorful. BUT, it makes me super nervous about the kitchen cleanliness if the dining room is this disgusting? Grime everywhere.Sickness. The missing stars are all about this, and I didn't even venture into the bathroom which would probably be a nightmarebased on the dining room. Incredible incompetence of staff on 10/28 at 7:30pm. Lobby closes at 7pm so had to use drive thru for order pick up. Girl at... window told me to pull up and wait since it will take 6 minutes, I waited 10 minutes, she never came out. I pulled back aroundto drive thru, she said she didn't see my car, I told her I was on the curb waiting. Not only that the food was still not readywhich tells me they never started making the order.
