Terrible customer service. Ordered a steak bowl online for pick up by drive thru. When I got there I was given the wrong order... (steak burrito) and when I asked them about it the woman working the window said that is what I ordered because that is whatthey received on their ticket. Thinking I made a mistake and ordered a burrito instead of a bowl, I started driving home, butrealized it was someone else?s food (same first name, different last name). I drove back to return the food and get my correctorder, but when I got back to the restaurant I was greeted with the rudest worker who made it seem like it was so inconvenientto make my order correct. The manager and workers of this location have absolutely terrible customer service. I will never bereturning. Their terrible reviews say it all. Read more
This location is nice, busy, limited seats, so its very small. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the food was... good. I have always ordered a side tortilla with my bowl and have never been charged at any other location, but they charged mea fee here. I feel like all Chipotles are skimpy with their portions but you can always ask for extra veggies. It is sortexpensive though, I spent almost $30 on one meal, a side, and a drink. Read more
Placed an online order 1 hour before they closed. When i got home and opened it, there was not chicken in my bowl. All i got was... rice, beans and sauce, with like 5 strips of lettuce. Same happened with my girlfriends bowl. The employees obviously don't careabout giving you what you ordered. Over $20 for 2 bean salads with chips. Waste of money. I don't like to leave negative comments on google review, but this time it drives me to do so. The cashier charged me secretly... additional sides fee for double scoops without notice in advance. I didn't know I was overcharged until I saw the invoice in thebag. I came back to make sure if it is the right amount. The cashier is not friendly seeing me coming back for asking the extrapayment. The manager said this is their recent changes. To be honest, I really don't mind pay extra 1-ish dollar to get someextra. If this is a new policy or recent change, the customer should be noticed IN ADVANCE not AFTER. You can do like posting anew notice in the store, on the website or just remind the customers who came here BEFORE they asking additional scoops or atleast before checking out. It feels uncomfortable being charged extra without any notice. By the way, this cashier's (order#269, Host: Hailey, Aug, 03, 2022) attitude is not friendly at all and I don't feel being respect as a customer. Read more
My experiences with this Chipotle have always been a good one. I have been several times to this location and each time my... order was correct, service was helpful, and food was delicious. The employees treated me with kindness and were very helpful. I know they are probably understaffed and stressed but we live in an age where finding good employees is hard. However, when Ihave visited, I see hard working employees and have received good food and service. Read more
I stopped by on my way home to pick up something and ordered a bowl. She put in a skimpy scoop of rice and tried to spread it... out but it wouldn't even cover bottom. Then gave me a skimpy scoop of beans and a half scoop of steak. Then they put a pinch oflettuce on one side. Not sure why I got the we hate you treatment. Curious if they do everyone dirty. Thanks for nothing. Enjoythe $10. Heaven knows I won't enjoy a bowl of nothing. Guess I will go spend some more money somewhere else so I can have ameal. Read more
I ordered the Burrito with steak, but all I got was a burrito stuffed with white rice and maybe 3 pieces of steak. What a rip... off! As you can see in photo, the burrito was made horribly. Read more
