As far as friendliness this place gets an A+. As far as sanitary they get an F! They had utensils to serve all the food except... for cheese and lettuce. The young man behind the counter had gloves on and never changed his gloves. With gloves on he wiped hispants and touched everything behind the counter then proceeded to dip his hand down in the cheese and lettuce to serve it. Theyshould have utensils for the cheese and lettuce as well. I kindly asked him to change his gloves before touching my cheese andlettuce. I should not have to ask them to change gloves and they should have utensils to serve all their food. If that doesn'tchange next time I go in I'm just gonna turn and walk away. Read more

5:30 yesterday the person serving looked 14. When I asked how he was he said he was tired because he came straight from school.... He gave half scoops of everything... Food is great! The service is awful, every time I get skipped for an online order I walk out and give my money to another... business. This is a frequent occurrence and it needs to stop! I am taking time out of my day to be present and in-store. I've always enjoyed chipotle... They were crazy busy today but did wonderful. They need to get a separate group to do... online/Uber eats and a separate section of food. It would make the whole process go faster. Chipotle - easy goto quick and healthy lunch option. Combination chicken and carne asada salad with all the delicious... ingredients - black beans, lime rice, pico de gallo, ???? corn, light on sour cream and sprinkled ???? cheese.
