I ran in Taco Bell to use the restroom I left my wallet in my car.The Taco Bell employee said I cannot use the restroom I had... buy something first. Nature wouldn't allow me to buy something 1st .I ran across to Chipotle they gave me the code to therestroom.I was so grateful I told them I will be back to buy something even though I wasn't hungry. Jessica was so helpfulreminded me of the restroom code. The manager gave me a free drink and chips with my order! Not only did this Chipotle get mybusiness! I will be back! I have been going to this Chipotle location for a couple of years now. Since I have came this location my experiences have been... great. If there was any problem,(there hasn?t been many) it was fixed fast and conveniently. The morning crew as of now has beenawesome. They greet you when you walk in, are fast and efficient when making the food and are friendly. It is always very cleaninside the shop and where the food station is. Overall, great location. Read more

Had a mobile order. Paid for extra. Was handed my Meal with less not what I paid for. Showed the manager my app order. He turned... his screen to me and said not his problem call this number. Tells me in front of all the clients, I can?t give you extrachicken call the number. What a way to take care of the client right. Seriously a scoop of chicken. Thought chipotle was betterthan that. I talked to him outside of the store. The manager and I told him one day he?ll learn that one scoop of chicken is notworth the client. Trash place, refused to go back keep your chicken.
