I've been to this location quite a few times sometimes I use my app and order ahead twice I've shown up and someone else has... just grabbed my order. This is not something that could be controlled by their workers as they just placed the orders on ashelf. Overall, the food is good the quality doesn't seem as great as some of the other chipotle's and that's only because thechicken has seemed warm instead of hot in the Sofritas it seems like it's been left out for a day compared to some of the otherChipotle that I go to. My girlfriend and I came in for dinner last night and it was an overall fantastic experience. We usually come at least once a... week sometimes a couple times a week for the last two and a half years. The staff was super friendly and personable and it wasreally refreshing to see them enjoying their work life. Also, huge kudos to Abigail she made our night with her positiveattitude. I would leave 0 stars. After an issue with Chipotle app, store could not locate my order. I asked for a manager. A 12 year old... named Emma walked up and said "Not my problem" with a smirk on her face and that's it. No accountability. The store wasdisgusting with food all over the floor and counter and multiple people were waiting for their orders. So unorganized. I willnever go here again. Read more
Really disappointed. Most of the food was out by 8pm and the portions definitely suffered for it. When I paid with cash, the... cashier said the wrong change as she was handing it back to me and corrected herself-- which wouldn't have been a problem if shehad handed me the correct change. She only shorted me 3 cents but the fact that she looked me in the face and told me that itwas the correct amount rubbed me wrong. Read more
Ordered online through the Chipotle.com website. I PAID for 2 bags of chips. When I got there the food was all in a sealed bag,... upon getting home there is only ONE bag of chips, the food portions are filling HALF the containers they come in. Yet when youwalk in and order there they fill it to the top? So why not for online orders? Because then you can skimp people out of foodthat they paid $40 for to only give them half of what was paid for. Do not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Late lunch on Friday 02/18/22. Place was a bit dirty considering the lunch rush was over! I had the quesadilla with chips and... salsa and a free soda, courtesy of the rewards app. They changed the quesadilla and it seemed a bit smaller but now comes with 3sides. Certain sides come with an extra charge I believe though so be advised. Overall food was good and not a bad experience. Iwill be back! Read more
I ordered the adult quesadilla which you have to order online and can?t order in person which is dumb. So I ordered my food... online and my family went in person to get the rest and this is what I got for $12. There is practically nothing inside of thetortillas. My kids quesadilla had more meat then mine did. The few bites that?s I got to have were good but their staff shouldbe more careful about how they are sending food out. This is unacceptable! I love the staff here and I'm a huge Chipotle fan. This location is always out of something. It almost never fails. It started... to become a major issue the last few months. It's to the point where I wait in line. Get to the front, begin my order then I'mtold what the 86 list looks like. I would love nothing more than to come back to this review and change it to the 5 star itshould have. That will happen when they're not consistently out of things like RICE!! Whoever is GM-ing here, please! I know youguys can do better. I will continue to visit my favorite Chipotle a few times a month. Help me get these stars changed.
