Reviews for Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tucson, AZ
I asked for guacamole and when I saw it it was brown and they said it was fresh. I asked for fresh guacamole and they rudely... said they can?t do that for me. The manager during the day shift(young man) came from the back and said it was literally nothinghe could do for me after I asked him if he could give me sliced avocado for a paying customer! Avocado was brown for the second time in a row getting take out. I?m tired of being charged for something I can?t even eat.
This use to be one of my weekly dine out places, but they changed for the worse, they used to have great service, really good... portions and a great atmosphere. But the got really stuck up, customer service went to hell and the portions went way down, it'slike they got stringy with the food, and they just want YOU, the customer to hurry up and get out, and for those of us that dolike to dine out, oh it is obvious that their main concern is online orders, and those of us that go inside are very aware,BECAUSE OUR WAIT TIME IS ABOUT 35 MINUTES!!! One star because the food was not good. The chicken was salty, the avocado was brown. I asked the lady if she could provide me... with fresh guacamole but she said it was fresh. I typically don?t give out reviews and I especially don?t like giving out negative reviews; however, me and my coworker ordered... for pick up at the same time and her food was not ready and I kept telling the lady my coworkers name and she acted like shedidn?t hear me. Love chipotle but employees are always more concerned about leaving early than serving customers. i walk in at 9:33 to get and... bowl and a burrito and they didnt have enough protein to fulfill my order because ?they have to be out at a certain time?. Whyeven close at 10 if by 9:30 you will be refusing to cook any food required to complete an order? Doesnt make sense. Read more
This is the best Chipotle location I've been to. My order is always right. They don't skimp on portions like some other... locations and it's always fresh. It's always clean inside unlike many other locations. Great job! Read more
