Long waiting time + food of low quality (a milkshake with a leaking cup + no refund unless I refund the whole meal)

25+ minute wait and my shake was waiting the entire time for the food to come out. That being the case this thing was running... down my hand, sticky, got on my clothes and I was late to class. Just chucked it in the garbage. Read more

Generally pretty busy and the workers are mainly students. That being said, sometimes they're sassy and don't call out the... numbers Read more

I mean, what can I really say about the Chick fil a on campus. It has really fallen off the cliff in terms of quality and speed.... Entirely, the beginning of the school year they were really on top of things, now I just want a quick meal so I can get back tostudying. That is not going to happen. I am currently finished ordering, no joke they are at 720 right now and I am order 870. Awhole 150 people, my old Canes? restaurant I worked at, would never let this happen. Also there is no sense of urgency, theyhave 5 people working on drinks and they are just standing around instead of going to the kitchen to help. It just really fellof the cliff and it doesn?t seem like its gonna recover anytime soon. (All those people in the photo are waiting). Read more

Great choice for students. Small store but well organized. Orders are shown on a TV and called out so you know when your oder is... ready. Not the full Chick-Fil-A menu but offers all the classics! Read more

Not a great chick fil a. They bump the orders as done on the GrubHub system, then yell at you when you try to come up and get... your order even if the app/text says it's done. Read more

I have eaten here about once a year for the past 8 or 9 years. I usually have a decent experience. Their service is quick and... efficient. The last time I ate there I arrived right after they opened and was told that they didn't have anything grilledavailable. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap, but had to settle for a chicken sandwich. Perhaps they could arrive at work beforeopening time and start grilling so all of their menu items are available when they open--just a thought. I feel like this isn'tthe first time I've been told that menu items are unavailable. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I have been told that. However, for the convenience of having an on campus location, maybe a few unavailable menu items isn't the worst thing in theworld. Read more
