Worse than McDonald's My Chicken sandwich was the SOGGIEST most greasy sandwich I've seen! I told woman working here and all... she did was ask the back for another sandwich ???? I told her, "Uhhhhh It will probbbbbably be the same" ..... she handed itto me and it was as soaked as the other one. If this is the way Chick Fil-A makes their food for people then I'd rather eat atSmashburger! Christian run?? Well as far as I see .... I just see another fast food greese pit run by greed and Chick FilA isposturing behind a religion. I could care less WHAT religion the founders are! ...and I think they should put more care intothe quality of food they allow people to eat whether its junk fast food or not. You cannot go wrong with the quality chicken items at Chick-fil-A. They offer a good varied menu at reasonable prices. The... employees are always very pleasant. too. And they will gladly get you any extra item you may forget to bring to your table,like more sauce to go with your sandwich, or extra dressing for your salad. Read more
Tonight my family visited this location, and while I have been more impressed with the Broadway location in the past, ... circumstances tonight have changed that. After enjoying our meal and as we were leaving the restaurant, my son dropped hischocolate milkshake all over the front entrance floor. He handled it like any 3 and a half year old would and cried loud andhard. Josh came over after seeing this and offered another milkshake to us. My son got another milkshake but, more importantly,the care and concern Josh demonstrated speaks very highly about whomever is selecting employees for this restaurant. This is themagic ingredient that keeps people coming back and I hope Josh is recognized by management for his kindness.Thank you Josh, forsaving two weary patents from what could have been a very long evening! I've been coming to Chick-fil-A for a very long time all locations. Stop by this one on the way to work I usually get my chicken... nuggets well done because I like them crispy They said that they couldn't do it and they simply refused to make my chicken Nuggets Well done. I wouldn't have made a big deal about it or even wrote a review but I've been coming here for many manyyears and have never been refused to make my chicken nuggets well done. Read more
They force two drive through lanes to merge in to one, similar to McDonald's. Unfortunately, they do not regulate the merging!... This allows a**holes in Tesla's to cut the line. This all the orders are now given out of order. When I get my food it is cold, because it has been sitting waiting for me to finally get to the window. Read more
My addiction! Can?t get enough, I work out and treat myself with something special ???? effective management, sincere contact... with corporate, they get busy as all hell but they do the absolute best. Great service! Amazing staff and clean experience. Of course you may experience a wait time but it's simply beyond their... control due to how many people are coming!
