Review for drive thru service 7/15/22 around 11:30pm. if I could leave - stars I would. terrible experience. first of all DO NOT... use the app bc you will put in substitutions and there's a chance they will go away when you send the order in. I was told "wejust make what's on the ticket" when I made them aware that they gave us the wrong burger. i ordered a double western burgerwith the beyond patty, they gave me a regular burger no onion rings no BBQ sauce. for some reason the beyond patty substitutedidn't go thru on the ticket (maybe my bad maybe app glitch idk), but even then it was still the wrong burger. they didn't evenoffer to try and correct the mistake remake the burger nothing- I can't eat the food they made me and they just said make acomplaint on the app. didn't even know the corporate number to call and report the issue. if you absolutely have to eat here,you are taking your chance of wasting money and the staff there will probably be no help as well. Worst Carl's jr ever. On Sunday night I did drive thru & one of the employees was flying out of the parking lot (saw her work... shirt) like crazy, and didn't notice us. We pull up to order our food & the guy isn't familiar with anything on the menu.Repeated and explained what we wanted several times and he still seemed like he didn't understand what a meal was. Was craving Carls Jr and so I went to get some food and these two females were so rude! I couldn’t even order right because I... felt rushed and they were being rude. It was as if they got mad that they actually had to work. They kept slamming their slidingwindow. Fast forward I got my food and left and was halfway home when I realized they forgot my Jalapeño Poppers so I went backgot them and then I get home and realized they also forgot one of the burgers smh Beyond annoying! Worst experience at a Carl’s Jr. ever. First they forgot our zucchini we had to drive all the way back to replace it they... didn’t offer us anything for such a huge inconvenience but to replace the zucchini so of course our entire order got cold /soggy as we waited for the zucchini got home opened my western bacon cheeseburger there’s no cheese it’s just a plain burgerwith barbecue sauce. So now we have to drive all the way back again as the other food gets more cold and soggy including ourzucchini now to get the burger I ordered & they replaced it with ANOTHER PLAIN BURGER with out cheese so had to drive back a 3RDtime & they offer us NOTHING for the inconvenience even though gas is so expensive & due to their mistakes we have had to driveback to the restaurant 3 TIMES they offer us nothing for such a horrific experience. My husband now has told me we can’torder Carl’s Jr. near our home again ?? Would be nice if some form of customer service was offered to us from a manager orcorporate or somewhere so he can change his mind . We rarely eat fast food, but Carl’s Jr. was my favorite comfort fast food?? Read more
I went through the drive-thru. I didn't have a long wait time. The customer service rep was friendly and efficient. And the food... was wonderful. And with fast food quality going downhill I was pleasantly surprised that so far Carl's Jr fast food at leastwhat I bought is still of good quality for the price. Read more
Got home and the bottom of one of the buns had MOLD. They also forgot one of our four sandwiches while mentioning to "do the... survey" or "review the service" multiple times. Had to go back inside to get our full order initially. Had to go back again toreport the problem, and to their credit, we got a full refund Read more
Service and food have been terrible my last few visits. Only saw one lady working my last visit. She was rude and... unprofessional. Got home and the burgers looked like they had been thrown together and then thrown up against the wall.Condiments were on one side of the burger, leaving the other side dry. Burger ???? and fries ???? were cold. Fries were old andgreasy too. They weren't even busy, there was one car in front of me in the drive-thru. ???? Read more
Fast food down to the core. Nothing surprising here. Not special just a average fast food place with typical low energy workers.... But if you are starving and close there aren't many other choices. Read more
