Order was taken today (take out) @12:18 & received my 2 little burgers & small fries @12:46! I get it, lunch time is busy but... putting drive thru FIRST then every 20 to 30 mins dine in/take out?! The tall guy taking orders is AMAZING. The workers in theback making the food, great too. Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot my nuggets and the rest of the food was cold. I dont really blame the... workers, as they just always seem really understaffed. I'll change my review if they do something about my nugget situation, butI doubt they will. I'd say avoid this location if you can. I was in the drive thru and they helped 3 people in the right lane before they helped me. Not a huge deal if it was a short... wait. But they take forever at this one. And all of the orders they made me wait through were huge orders. I couldn?t backup,because the line of cars behind me wouldn?t move. So I waited for 20 minutes. When I talked to the poor kid at the window, hedidn?t apologize, he didn?t offer to get his manager. He didn?t even offer to take my order. I?ve never seen someone so poorlytrained. Your drive-thru is a nightmare starting with whoever the crew leader or manager is and the s*** trickles down from there have... left to drive through several times without even being attended to at the drive-thru!!!!
