Worst service ever I come to this location almost every week and spend money. And also collect my points to use when I please. I... earned a free coffee and was going to be denied service because they wanted me to spend more money to redeem MY POINTS. I mean, it's not bad for a BK but, when I ask for a ranch, when we had ordered french fries, and I'm tod they're 27 cents each?... Yeah, I don't think so. So, no, I will not be returning to this BK. I will not be recommending it to others. And I may not evenvisit another BK for a while because of this experience. They charge you for sauces. I don't really know of any place that does that. Very greedy people. The manager with a long... ponytail is not very customer friendly. Very rude demeanor and you can see on his face that he doesn't want to help you. Themanager is very loud and yells across the restaurant even when kids are inside. I see that the employees are miserable workingthere and I can see why. I've noticed on several occasions how they manager was disrespectful to his own employees and evenyelling at them with customers present. Very unprofessional behavior I see a lot around tucson. I've been managing restaurantsfor a very long time and I can tell you what they're doing is very wrong. They're putting profit over customer satisfaction.It's just a matter of time before everyone catches on. Just like the Burger King on Grant and alvernon. I gave three starsbecause most of the other employees are very friendly towards my children and my wife. I'd say get rid of the ponytail managerand the old guy manager. I've occasionally coming, usually in the evening. I've eaten Inside and drive thru, always fast polite service. The best part... of ordering from Burger King, is online thru the app. I've found great cheaper priced deals. You can order ahead and pay fororder, when u drive up, tell the teller intercom person your number and name. They'll start on your order. Fresh not sittingwaiting under a heat lamp.
