This location is not temporarily closed. The place has been completely gutted. There is nothing in it. Even the counter has... been partially removed. Most of the windows are boarded. Today I went to drive through and ordered 3 items. Lg root beer, fries and chicken nuggets. Total was $7.96. Later I check my... account and they are trying to get $25.19. I went to the restaurant and gave them my information and receipt. This is afterwaiting 15 minutes in line and the guy and his kid walking out due to the wait. Two regular employees couldn't figure out whatto do so the manager comes over. He then calls his manager. She said she wouldn't do anything and to wait and see what the bankdebited. This by far is the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I went inside to place an order for $38. I needed all... burgers to be custom to the kids likings so that's why I went in. The cashier was very friendly and got all the orders right onthe register. But when I received my food all of the burgers where wrong. When I was waiting for my food the cook and managerwhere talking about getting drunk and getting lucky. In my opinion not very professional. I live about 25 minutes away and thekids where hungry. So I called and asked for the manager and she wasn't very apologetic and didn't even have the districtmanager info. I would like someone higher up to please contact me Read more
The manager Yvette was great. Her customer service is impeccable. I had a issue with my order and she took care of me. No... questions asked. She was fast and polite I really enjoyed her energy she made my negative experience into a positive experiencewithin seconds of me talking to her.. her customer service and love for the customers is amazing, you don't see that too often,especially at fast food restaurants. We need more people like Yvette at that location. Man is she awesome. Read more
I have to say I went for the new 2 for 5$ special. But ended up getting the hand breaded chicken sandwich and was not... disappointed. This particular location was packed ( drive through ) that is. I wasn't really happy about that but at least Iknew the food was going to be fresh. It was crispy and moist and tender on the inside. With all these restaurants making thesetype of sandwiches BK is truly in the game and in boat a leading competitor. Way to go BK!!! Read more
Came back after a few months from having messed up orders and ordered a spicy crispy chicken and a whopper and I get a delicious... whopper but a normal crispy chicken sandwich and my receipt isn't even correct after looking at it. It seems no one that worksat this location can get an order right. I'll never come by this BK ever and will let everyone I know to never go here!!!! Read more

Most of the customer service was amazing, however one employee that was working the cash register and taking orders seem to be... disgusted in his PAID duties/role in having to work at a fast food restaurant. Very rude to not just me but all the othercustomers.. and I would think being in a customer service atmosphere especially working at cash register a manager would expecthim to have a certain level of respect for customers or just people in general! He seemed more entertained with the color of hishair and playing with split ends more than anything! Overall all the other workers were great and amazing except that one!
