The kid working the drive through just waited until we got to the window to tell us they ?weren?t accepting cash? and could only... take card. I had exact change and there was no posted signage nor did the app indicate anything. Think it?s just an excuse toclose early but whatever. I just tried to order my family bundle. The person on drive through said that they cannot make whoppers because of closing soon.... They had 45 freaking minutes till closing. Burger King, this is not how you handle your customers! I'll just go to yourcompetitors then. Read more
Food was excellent. Could do without the garbage rap music coming from the back.
I only have a Whopper(guilty pleasure) a couple times a year & when I do, I'm never disappointed!! ????????
By far the best service! Food is always exactly how I like it, never messed up. The employees are even better than the food. Totally messed up part of the drive-thru order. Order was for a medium whopper meal, an order of mozzarella fries, and TWO... classic chicken sandwich meals with cheese and onions. We didn't get the classic chicken sandwiches...we got 2 Texas BBQwhoppers with extra cheese and onions. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't check the bag, the store didn't answer their phone. Just picked up dinner in the lobby, on November 2nd, about 5:30 the woman who helped me was super friendly (working front AND... helping out the drive thru) and my meal came out quick and it was fresh. I got the 9 piece chicken fingers and a large fry. Youare appreciated! I used to work at Wendy's on the drive thru, so I feel your pain! Read more
