Ate in the dinning room. Very filthy, dirty and grungy inside. Reminded me of the Bronx . One loud person shouting and yelling... from behind the counter. You couldn't even enjoy the meal. Without that yelling. Meal was ok. Not the best from Burger King .???? Read more

In the drive thru they will have people wait 5-10 minutes after each person orders. If you are the 3rd car back you literally... will wait around 20 mins to get your chance to order.. only to be asked to wait as well.. then pull around to the front to waitfor them to finish making your food. Not too mention the food is more expensive than most other Burger Kings in town. Read more

The two gentlemen working tonight, 9/2, were both so kind and personable. It's been a while since I've had such good customer... service in a drive thru and these guys were above and beyond good! The food came out fresh and hot! I'm definitely going to haveto return to this location! Read more

Ordered in the drive thru and after sitting at the open window listening to the workers complain about their job i was told to... pull around. I asked for no ice in my drink the cup was full of ice 1/4 soda. So i went inside to fix the soda myself; food wasthrown together and fries were hot but tasted like they had been sitting out. Also i asked for ranch at the window, the managerpulls some out slams the down on the countwr and gives us our order 6 minutes later with NO RANCH. So disappointed Burger Kingused to be my favorite fast food. If you hate your job just quit and work somewhere else... ** Update 8/21/2022** Came back tothis burger king to give them another chance as I was on this side of town. I did a customized mobile order and everything wascorrect and fresh/hot! The customer service improved as well and i was in/out of drive through and got my food in less then 4minutes. Im glad to see that they are putting an effort in improving service. Read more

31 minutes and i ordered o. The mobil app... only 1 person in The lobby. Kept making ALL drive through cars park because " they... are slammed busy". I had to go i side and i NEVER seen a group of peoe move this slow in my life...ALL OF THEM. The only thingthey did half way fast was complain how busy they are and there is NO ONE I. THE STORE OR IN LINE...... I AM JUST FLOORED!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more

Went through the drive through Waited 30 mins for 4 breakfast sandwiches. When my husband went in to see what was taking so... long. He saw a girl at the counter with dreadlocks playing with her hair the whole time he waited. She had gauges in her earsand they were bleeding. No gloves on anyone!! The food was disgusting ???? Why I no longer eat at BK. Given that the majority of BKs here in the Tucson metro are conveniently located in the nastiest... parts of town with the attendant clientele. I still needed to eat and wanted a whopper, so I stopped at the BK at Cortaro/I-10in Marana to get a Whopper. I pulled in, number three in the drive through.. Number one drove off; and number two drove up. Andwe sat, and sat and sat ,ad nauseium. After five minutes of the lady in front of me sitting and waiting with nothing from themagic speaker box, I'm done. I thought drive through was supposed to quick and efficient; not sitting and waiting. You didhowever, redeem the worst McDonalds ever, where I spent my $. At least they took my order in a reasonable amount of time anddelivered something resembling food; even at dinnertime, with a full parking lot and drive through something this Burger Kingwas lacking this evening. Service was good. Whoppers were good. As I ate I listened to several customers berate the employees for little things; not... enough ketchup, too many pickles, waiting time too long (it wasn't), but no complaints about how dirty it was (it was). Iwondered if a health dept inspector would just lock the door if they came in. There was food on the floor in the prep area andthe lobby was filthy. I cleaned a table and seat for myself. A little responsible, on-site mgmt would go a long way. Read more
