Bad Management. I was in line for 1 hour since I arrived a little early. Eight people were in front of me. One was taking... orders, one fixing food and one making the drinks. The manager making drinks should have helped out more on the food but no.Some people never got their food and drinks since they had to catch their flight. If you have 2 hours to kill why not. It was just fine. Great coffee, fast service and we did the lunch bagel sandwiches (turkey + bacon) on an ?everything? bagel... which was really good. Airport pricing stinks, but it is what it is! VictorB Read more

I would have liked to try the food here the staff has a hygiene problem. No glove change between handling Frozen product and... fresh product in fact no glove changes at all 40 minutes in line I watched the staff touch every surface in the place includingraw product and then go right back to cooking fresh product and serving it. Then the one dude wandered out of the back emptiedthe tip cup into a paper bag touch two or three bagels and went back in the back after handling cash. The one dude that appearsto be the manager was just kind of standing there while the line was getting longer and longer he seemed to be training someonebut not very well. Read more
