Ripped off! I ordered an everything bagel with extra cream cheese and salmon from the alarm carte menu and when I was checking... out the cashier upcharged me for a specialty sandwich. First of all, nowhere on the menu does it indicate that this order getsautomatically upgraded to a sandwich and secondly there were no tomatoes, onion, or capers because I didn't order a breakfastsandwich! Love Bruegger's!! Been going here for years. I visited downtown location for years before they closed. I developed a super... positive relationship with all the staff here in the mornings. As I walked in they greeted me, knew what I wanted and startedmaking it. I like the everything bagel skinny cut put through the roller toaster twice and once in the oven so it's nice andcrispy! Yummy!! Once downtown closed I had to go to Speedway and Campbell the Caucasian male in the morning bald head is veryrude and it seems to be a problem for him to make the bagels the way I want them he has an attitude!! No interpersonal skills!Today was my last time dealing with him when I go in there from now on I will request that he does not touch my food or helpme!!! The bagels are great so are the sandwiches here. His behavior and attitude should not reflect negative on Bruegger's thisplace is Bomb!!!! Most staff are happy to be here and willing to help you out! Ordered the farm house sandwich is was the first time eating there. Ham bacon cheese and egg it was absolutely delicious. And... the servers were welcoming polite and very friendly. Now i know why they have so many stores. Priced fair. Read more

I ordered what I guess you could just call the flagship bagel that they're advertising on a very large poster as you go in. It... was delicious, however I did notice that most of the ingredients are pre-made, and if you come late in the day like I did youget old ingredients that are drying out under heat lamp or in a heating container. The reason I talk 1 is because theingredients had definitely been sitting out for a bit, granted, in food safe manners but for a bit. For hilarity, here is aphoto of the bathroom. I ordered over the phone to go three bagel sandwiches. There was a bit of a mix-up when I got there but everything was rectified... satisfactorily with no fuss. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking. Also, this restaurant is very convenient tothe local hospital for those who do not like hospital food. There are front and back entrances so when parking in the larger lotin the rear of the store, one does not have to walk all the way around the strip mall to get inside. Very convenient. Read more
