I?ve been going to here for several years off and on, taking breaks because I?d go on keto diets which never worked because I?d... still buy soda and carbs elsewhere but that?s beside the point. This staff has barely any turnover rate, same staff for years.They are always in a good mood, always kind, always fast. Their lines build up fast because they are good bagels and even betterservice. First of all, not very friendly the couple times I?ve gone in. Don?t really say much and don?t feel very welcome, I felt like I... was the worker giving them more respect than I was getting as a customer. Second, what is this? I paid 13 dollars for thesebagels and the cream cheese is barely there or not even there at all. It?s good only sometimes but most times I order from them there?s a missing item or they just entirely mess up the order.... There?s special instructions for a reason and they just don?t pay attention. Half the time I get my food I have to throw it awaybecause they ignore the special requests and then send me something I physically can not eat. They need to start payingattention. Read more

Very good bagel sandwiches! I ordered the chorizo pepper jack and it was extremely tasty! Caramel latte was also pretty good!
