Food has been extremely inconsistent lately and the staff is rude. This location has had to fix my order twice and the last time... I came in to get my free bagel from their last mess up the toasted bagel was still cold when they served it to me, afterwardsthey tried to tell me my service animal was not allowed without a doctors note. Which is against the law; a business is allowedto ask what the dog service is for not about medical conditions or forms. Beyond that it was an attempt to keep me from comingback, I am a very regular customer and now I will never return to this location after this and will tell others not to go thereas well. Read more
I usually come to this location and everybody is so friendly. But the guy in dreadlocks though. Omg if you hate your job that... much find a new one. His face just says it all. His adittude just ruins the day. Read more
Lots of places that sell bagels, but it is nice to find one with very consistent and delicious ones like you get here. So many... bagel options and cream cheese topping choices. They also have bagel sandwiches which are great and fresh coffee and orangejuice. Check for a ?free coffee? deal if you order on line. Also, nice fast and friendly staff. VictorB Read more

My favorite place to pick up bagels. The staff are friendly and helpful! There are a variety of bagel choices, my favorite being... the onion bagel. They also have coffee, fountain drinks and fresh squeezed OJ, which I almost always get when I?m there. So far,this is the best bagels that I?ve found in Tucson. Read more
I will definitely be taking my business to the Broadway location from now on.. customer service is always terrible here, no... greetings whatsoever, just a basic "what do you need," stale bagels and hair in the cream cheese. This last time she proceededto start my bagel but then took another 3 orders and left me standing at the counter for 9 minutes (yes I counted).. aftersomeone else points out I've been waiting patiently before them, they slap my order together messily and then ask me if I wantto leave a tip with a snarky look on their face.. this whole establishment needs to be replaced or retrained. I will not come back to this location again. Everytime I come here I have an issue with black hair in my food. The hair is... literally tangled in the bagel and cream cheese! Very unsanitary to continually find these problems! You've been warned! Read more
Worst Bruggers ever! The fist time we went in @ a month ago the new girl took 15 min to make two bagels and gave us burnt... bagels , today not busy at all @ 10:30 , a holiday week and they were out of almost everything girl art register was twiddling her thumbs, dude in back doing nothing!!!
