1st off we do NOT have enough bagel shops in the Tucson area ?? that being said I am forced to go to this location unless I want... to drive an extra 15 minutes. The young man that helped me had a dirty mask on ???? I ordered 4 bagel 2 plain with plain creamcheese toasted and 2 sandwiches toasted. When I got home 1 sandwich was correct and 1 of my cream cheese bagels was not toasted. The place was dirty and I was very disappointed. I will be getting store bought bagels from now on and making them at home.Times are hard and businesses need us to support them but in return they need to have a presentable staff and a presentablelocation. Fantastic bagels with friendly service. Green chili bagel was spot on..but boo no Thai chicken sandwich, still worth a stop.

The worst Brueggers experience I've had yet. Customer service was good and it's what kept the stars from going lower. The... bagels, on the other hand, were disappointing. Despite what it looks like in the picture, the bagels were abnormally small.Additionally, by the time we got home to take them out of the bag, they were stuck to each other.
