One opened recently just a few minutes from my house so I was really excited but all their sizes are much smaller than Dutch... Brothers - a large at Black Rock is the size of a small at Dutch -and other competitors despite being the same price. Theemployees are usually nice but I don't understand why corporate policy prevents some flavors from being added to certain drinks.It seems to change based on who you get in the drive thru and what day, I would expect a corporate policy against certainflavors being added to certain menu items to be consistent but sometimes you can get what you order and sometimes you can't andyou end up having to go elsewhere. Save your time and money and go to Dutch bros or Starbucks- you get more for what you payand they don't have these odd policies. Read more
I've been here 3 times now and they are always friendly and fast in the drive-thru. I'm so happy when Starbucks closed someone... made the decision to reconfigure the drive-thru because there is no more congestion on Broadway. I really like the Irish creamhot coffee, I get a large and that has 4 shots of espresso. Read more
Their coffee is unlike any other, it definitely has its own taste. I absolutely love it!! The only downfall that I've come... across, after being there 4 or 5 times now, is their cup sizes. The cup sizes are much smaller then Dutch Bros and The HumanBean..almost equivalent to Starbuck sizes.. Read more
Black Rock Coffee, wanted to try this new place thought it was gonna be an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in we got... some very unpleasant looks from some of the employees almost like an ?oh great more people ???? ?. Also very slow service, wewaited 10 minutes for our coffees and they forgot one of our coffees even though there was very little customers inside. Super excited about this Portland-based coffee shop in Tucson! Got a cold brew and it was delicious. The service was some of the... best I?ve had?very quick, personable and intentional too. Everyone I interacted with made the experience much better and I onlydid the drive-thru! 10/10 would recommend for the great service and great coffee. Will be back. Read more
The staff is great. Good seasonal items as well as the usual go to's for the regular customers. Pet friendly, which is great! ... Great coffee without breaking the bank and a decent rewards program. Read more
