Black Rock continues to stand out against larger chain coffee joints. Their menu selections remain strong competitors to more... nationally recognized brands, and the quality of those selections supersedes those of their competition. The Valencia location,like other Tucson locations, is such a treat. Read more
Bree and Noah are awesome! They made my Mint chip chiller PERFECTLY! I love that they also have Diversity with their employees.... The other Black rock locations Have a certain "TYPE" of Ethnicity that have for their staff. This one is my Favorite locationmost friendly location! Read more
This place rocks! A group of 10 of my friends and I spent all day driving up from Navojoa Mexico today, and we stopped here to... get some coffee after dinner. The service was absolutely fantastic! Our server (Celly? I kind of forgot her name????) was great.She managed to take all of our orders, keep the drive thru running all by herself, and she kept up the cheeriest attitude whiledoing it. The drinks tasted amazing, the place looked stellar, and I would highly recommend it! Read more
The coffee size I purchased for almost $6 was supposed to be 20 ounces. When they handed me the cup at drive through, I thought... to myself there was no way it was 20 ounces. Sure enough, I checked it, and it's barely even 14 ounces. I do not appreciatepaying almost $6 for what is apparently a small coffee. Maybe they made a mistake, but it was overpriced, and I won't be back. Itried to call, and the number listed on Google goes to a voice mail that says it's not accepting phone calls. What the heck?!
