Went for lunch. Food not as good as it once was here. Service was good. Burger dry and not flavorful. But, what got me the... most disappointed was the horrible condition of the bathroom. Broken towel holders so you could not get a paper towel. Dirtyand this reflects on the rest of the place. Gross. What happened to this chain? Read more
We stopped at BJ's as a family to celebrate our anniversary. BJ's is a nice place visually and is in a good location. All the... wait staff was friendly and we receded within 10 minutes on a Wednesday night. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeablebut seemed overly busy. It took us at least 45 minutes to get our dinner but I did get my salad within about 10-15 minutes. Thefood was good for everyone but the weight for our food was a little longer than we're used to. We had a nice dinner at tonight at bj's. We started with wine (Kim Crawford, one of our favorites) and mozzarella sticks. The... service was great, not rushed at all, and very on point. For the main course, she had the French dip, I had jumbo spaghetti andmeatballs (there isn't a normal size, only jumbo). It was definitely jumbo, couldn't finish but about half and the meatballs,was really tasty. Her French dip was great as well. I really like when a restaurant gives you a few extra minutes to chat, andthey did exactly that without batting an eye. Great food and service! Read more
We got there a little after 7 pm and there was a bit of a wait to be sat. After we sat our deep dish pizza took 40+ minutes to... arrive but it was worth the wait. Definitely on the greasy side but overall very tasty. We had the peanut butter poozokie whichwas also good. There are tons of options on the menu. Our server was busy but good. Read more
Food was decent, service and cleanliness was not. We were seated at 730pm and left at 1030pm, and not because we wanted to hang... out. My son ask for ketchup and waited 20min to get a tiny container. He had plate of fried and chicken nuggets. He asked for asecond ketchup and waited another 20min and we had to physically find someone to bring it. His food was stone cold at thispoint. Aside from slowwwwww service, the place was a hot mess. Tables piled with dirty dishes and trash and even the serverstation near our table was piled high. I have included pictures. The food is pricey and not worth the 3 hours we spent there.Not to mention, the patio tables were all filthy as well, good thing we opted to eat inside. Read more
First timers and our server was not attentive. Hayden was our assigned server and only checked on us once. Then when he brought... the bill. We had to ask other serves for help. The food was great. Also we order appetizer and it was brought out cold and afterour meal. Don’t know if I’ll return. Maybe Hayden was having a bad day. Despite this he shouldn’t take it out on hiscustomers. Read more
Stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty dead. Service was great but the food is definitely... not worth the price. Beer selection is good but I expected more in-house selections instead of other brewers. Would return butnot on the top of my list for eateries in the area. Read more
