This is my new favorite brunch place. My partner and I both ordered the combo which comes with 2 eggs, hash browns, and your... choice of meat (sausage, bacon, ham) and a specialty pancake. The speciality pancakes both looked and tasted amazing. We chosethe snickerdoodle and the blueberry lemon pancakes. For drinks we ordered a Bloody Mary (which had bacon) and a prickly pearmimosa. If you're looking for a place with a twist to southwestern food, this is it. There are several different pancake options and... they are HUGE. Very filling portions and service is average to great, depending on the server and how busy the place is. First time here, had always heard great things, so finally checked it out. The wait was 30 min, but no wait sitting at the bar.... Got a great view of the kitchen. Pretty awesome how smoothly it was run, they were all in sync and communication was spot on.The portions were ginormous and so delicious. Definitely will return. Read more
Small place but BIG on deliciousness ???? A locals' favorite. The food had lots of flavor, and big portions. The cinnamon roll... pancake was out of this world. The best I ever had. It's usually a line to get in so be patient. Definitely worth the wait.Excellent customer service. Read more
You can tell this place is popular when there's a 30+ minute wait and a crowd! But the wait was worth while for the delicious... food you get. The pancakes are soft, the Frenchtoast has the slightest crunch, couldn't ask for more. The second time I went wasjust as good and was able to try a bite of the oreo pancakes and was pleasantly surprised at how light the flavor was. None ofthe sweet breakfast foods I've tried so far have been heavy at all. Definitely a 5/5 for me! My only qualm is the size of thespace for the amount of people they serve; it can get loud and feel crowded so if you have sensory needs that are easilyexacerbated by this Maybe call ahead and see how busy it is. Went for brunch, they have a lot on the menu. The wait was about 45 minutes I ordered breakfast nachos with poached eggs, My... eggs were overcooked, so I did not have a runny yolk like I expected. The pancakes were burnt. The drinks were pretty good. Andour server was fantastic. Read more
This place is small but the food is delicious and the portions are large! My boyfriend and our friends are from out of town and... we picked this place because of the reviews; boy, we're happy with it. I ordered the Mac Daddy Benedict, my boyfriend orderedthe special Poutin, and our friends got the Mac Daddy Benedict and the corned beef & hash. Super large portion for the Benedictitems and everything was delicious (I'm totally okay paying $17 for the Benedict since I took the leftover half of my foodhome). We also ordered Bloody Mary's and the classic and wild berry mimosas; very good mixes and garnishes for theMary's. First time visiting this restaurant. Visited after hearing from a friend. Food was top notch. The place was packed with... customers. Though it was busy, the server was very attentive and gave some good suggestions regarding the menu. I can't speakenough about how delicious the food is here. The first visit we did a sweet and salty share and that was ideal for the pancakeswhile out of this world get to be a bit much. We returned the next day to try more and the Waffles were divine and I wantmore. If you happen to be in the area for breakfast or lunch...a place worth considering.
