They made us wait till they finished a drive up order, they took a long time. Then they didn't do my order right. The girl gave... me cheese instead of macaroni and cheese. Then she charged extra for lemonade and didn't tell me till I complained about theprice. One worker screamed while we were there, I asked if there was something wrong with her. I went through the drive threw at 8:50pm and ordered jalapeño poppers, a medium Curley fries and a large beef and cheddar meal.... I then asked for arbys sauce for the meal(I like to use it for my fries and sandwich. I was rudely told by the employee thatthey could only give me two. I then responded can I purchase some more as I like to use arbys sauce with my fries. I was told nowe don?t sell arbys sauce with an attitude. On top of that it was hard to understand the employee while I was ordering. Afterthe way I was rudely spoken to I waited in line for about 10 min behind 1 person in line and decided to go to a different placefor dinner. I don?t usually leave reviews and have never had such a bad experience at an arbys. I have eaten at this arbys about10-15 times, this was my last. Date this occurred is 7-17-2022. Read more

Pros: My favorite location because they always get it right. My food is always hot and the shake machine is always working... properly. I ordered chicken fingers and they were so hot that I had to take a picture of them sizzling in the bag. I love myfood being freshly cooked! Also, I always request extra whipped cream on my shake and they always get it right! Cons: A bitpricey, but I?m constantly consuming anyway. It would be nice to receive a coupon every now and then. Came to get a Beef n Cheddar, was lacking the cheddar for the most part (see photo), which is unfortunate. There were no other... guests inside or in the drive thru. There were 4 employees behind the counter.. 1 had their facemask completely beneath theirnose and mouth. The food came quickly and my cashier was friendly. Read more
I have to say that this was my first visit into this Arby's and it won't be my last. As a practicing Catholic what attracted me... to visiting was the advertised "Fish" Sandwiches. Have to say they were tasty, and they even offer a couple different options!Service was great and bathrooms were clean. This location is on Grant Rd west of I-10. Great fries, but the Beef N Cheddar left a bit to be desired. Drive thru lady was very nice.
