They made us wait till they finished a drive up order, they took a long time. Then they didn't do my order right. The girl gave... me cheese instead of macaroni and cheese. Then she charged extra for lemonade and didn't tell me till I complained about theprice. One worker screamed while we were there, I asked if there was something wrong with her. I went through the drive threw at 8:50pm and ordered jalapeño poppers, a medium Curley fries and a large beef and cheddar meal.... I then asked for arbys sauce for the meal(I like to use it for my fries and sandwich. I was rudely told by the employee thatthey could only give me two. I then responded can I purchase some more as I like to use arbys sauce with my fries. I was told nowe don?t sell arbys sauce with an attitude. On top of that it was hard to understand the employee while I was ordering. Afterthe way I was rudely spoken to I waited in line for about 10 min behind 1 person in line and decided to go to a different placefor dinner. Pros: My favorite location because they always get it right. My food is always hot and the shake machine is always working... properly. I ordered chicken fingers and they were so hot that I had to take a picture of them sizzling in the bag. I love myfood being freshly cooked! Also, I always request extra whipped cream on my shake and they always get it right! Cons: A bitpricey, but I?m constantly consuming anyway. It would be nice to receive a coupon every now and then.
