Tried the new fish....5 pieces fish only $8.03. It was decent they made it fresh....hopefully it's something they cook on... request otherwise I think after it sits for a while it will be rubbery tough and gross. So if you go for the fish get itfresh....don't care for their crinkle cut fries they always over cook them and they are too hard to eat.... Read more
This was going to be an easy cut and dry experience. I asked for a beef n cheddar combo then presented a coupon for a buy one... get one beef n cheddar. $10 + bogo= $10+ tax. My bill was over $18. I asked why and the lady called over a manager. His wordswere ?well you can?t double dip like that?. At no point did I think I was double dipping. My understanding was that I bought acombo at full price and I would get a free beef n cheddar. Instead I had to cancel my meal and then just use a buy one get oneand buy a soda. No big deal if they would?ve just let me know that at the beginning. Having a manager come over and accusing mefor damn near trying to steal by saying I?m double dipping was just idiotic. Read more
Best Arby's experience ever. Well, the order taker was a little uninterested, but the manager was great. Very involved,... conversational, asked a customer that was finished and getting ready to leave how his food was by name... Not the guy, the fooditem. Ice had to complain about other Arby's, but this one seems to be running on a different level. Thanks! Read more
