Staff was extremely helpful and very professional, positive and polite! Best attitude I have seen in food service industry in a... very long time (years.) I ordered a jamocha shake,, didn't taste a coffee flavor,, chocolate yes,,, told the girl at counter this shake doesnt have... coffee flavor,, taste like a chocolate shake,,,, all she said was,, "chocolate is in it",,,"I'm sorry". I've never had a problem with the food at Arby's on 22nd Street until this time. I got the crinkle fries and they were cold to... the touch. The mozzarella sticks were not as hot as usual. My husband had the ultimate BLT and the bacon was burnt. (Even thedog wouldn't eat it.) On the upside the roast beef sandwiches were excellent. The service was quick, pleasant and accurate. I honestly believe this is the best restaurant on earth, the food is mind bogglingly delicious and dining here was a life... changing experience. This is the only Arby's with complimentary wine! They even have a hot tub in the basement for vip guests.What a marvelous culinary experience. A great place for a quinceanera ! Read more

This location will cheat you. I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket sandwiches. One of the was correct, the other one had chopped up... garbage meats. Don't lie, just tell me you don't have enough brisket for two sandwiches instead of trying to pass off this junkon the second sandwich. Read more
