I had a bigge bag and made to crave pub burger. The biggie bag is a great deal and my favorite deal of the # for # style deals.... 5 for a small fry, 4 piece nugget, burger, and drink makes it the most complete feeling meal of the style. I enjoyed it but themade to crave was supposed to be the star of my meal. It was a good burger but not the best in its price range. The one I gotwas the best put together one, with all its ingredients too, I have had. So, though the burger is pretty mediocore, the fact Igot all that was promised and with enough to taste it all throughout the burger makes it a great one. To be fair it wasslow. Staff was nice and restuarant was clean but it took a while ti get the food. Only one customer was there when we got there and... one other came inside behind us and nobody was in drive through although 4 or 5 came through before we left. Read more
Very slow drive thru service, nice but slow as molasses. Can?t figure out how to ring up changes like large chilly instead of... frys. Forget details like chili sauce. Also consistently marginal health scores. Wendy?s you can do better. Read more
This one is disgusting. Food was not hot at all and I had to pull up and wait from drive thru. Tasted like it was cooked 3 days... ago. ??????????? I mean, I get it, it?s fast food but GD have a little bit of dignity. I will add that this was in the evening.Apparently AM crew is great. Read more
Came here for breakfast back in July and had a wonderful experience especially after my last Wendy's experience on the north... side. The customer service was quick and friendly; they made a small error and quickly fixed it accurately. The food was freshand delicious so I had to share my thanks to the store and staff. Read more
Not bad for Wendy?s. Food was accurate and a good temperature. The cashier was nice and patient but we did have to pull forward... and wait for our food. It was weird that they asked us to pull forward even tho no one was behind us. Read more
No parking lot lighting available, which looks pretty unsafe! Especially during these times. Why don't y'all have lights??? Not... even a staff member outside with a flashlight ???? or a cellphone light? ANYTHING??? Parking lot looking like the whole place isclosed, until you see cars in the drive-thru. Anybody can post up and rob you in those types of situations, especially if you'rethe only car there. IJS... Moving right along...Passive-aggressive staff who seemingly want you to make THIER night great vsthem making YOURS ???? LIMITED menu options (I'm assuming after an unspecified time daily) when you're expecting everything tobe available on that menu board. Items, like baked potatoes and frosty flavors (other than JUST peppermint) are not an option. Iknow working in the service industry during these times is rough and I appreciate those who do take pride in the jobs that theyapplied for.
