Waited more than 20 min at the drive through, then had to cancel my order. Despite the great inconvenience of waiting the staff... was very polite and allowed me to cancel with no comment. Need work on the speed of service. Maybe it's not the best idea tohave one drive through serving two restaurants at the same time !! Read more
The employees were EXTREMELY nice, especially the lady at the register. The food was hot like I like my food.????My only issue... is the nacho had a lot of refried beans and not enough taco meat. ???? Read more
Terrible experience .. don?t go here. If I could give this dumpster fire a negative 1 star I would. I repeated the order for my... drink 3 times and they didn?t get it. When j pulled up to the window they said ? I can?t change the order here at the window? ?wow I guess that was too much of a hassle for them .. or just give me a drink ( like all other chains would do) after you jackedup the order. This is the only Taco Bell I will go to. The customer service is awesome. I have others closer, but they will not serve you... unless you order on their kiosk. This location here will serve you and knows how to take care of their customers. Read more
This Taco Bell is straight GARBAGE. Do not come here. It took 45 minutes to get my food and it wasn?t cooked all the way. They... messed up the order and wouldn?t give me more then 2 sauce packets for 4 items.. super rude. Threw away my food. Don?t wasteyour time and money. Something seriously wrong with this place. Vey SAD. They got my order wrong last week and said they would do nothing today to make it ok. Then today I asked that they... make sure that my order was right. She said ok. I had to pull up til it was ready, then when she brought it out and we checkedit, yes it was not correct. I took it back in and asked for a refund. I said I did not want them to try and correct it. Tenminutes later the waitress tried to give me another crunch wrap that was correct and I told her again that I wanted my moneyback. She said the manager had to do it with my receipt. 15 minutes later the manager finally came over, took my receipt out ofmy hand without saying one word (no apology - would not even look me in the eye), then gave the cashier the money to bring tome. It was very obvious they were ignoring me on purpose. SAD. Read more
I ordered 3 items thru the drive thru. A burrito supreme, a crunchy taco supreme and a crunch wrap supreme. I paid for my order... and asked for mild sauce. The clerk said they didn't have any because the truck had not gotten there. Maybe they should let youknow before you order that they don't have sauce. I should have asked for my order to be refunded, but I didn't. I wish I had,the crunchy taco shell was stale and tasted horrible. The other items were just ok. And the clerk was not friendly at all.
