Absolutely terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and was asked to pull around to wait on food, not a problem at... all. The employee came to bring us the food and forgot our drinks. When asked about them she said that we needed to get themourselves. This employee who seemed to be the manager was extremely lazy. Plus she had her kids running around the restaurant.Sad to see such a lazy employee with no child care. Bad attitude overall. Read more
Drive through was fast. The lady that took my order was so fast I didn?t understand anything she said. I got a three piece and... asked for double fries instead of the other two sides. I paid the $11 for a three piece and got only a two piece and a biscuit.No side. TLDR quick service but you?ll pay full price for whatever they feel like giving you. OH and make sure you get areceipt when you go. I can?t prove it but the meal I got was $5 cheaper than what I paid for. I think the employees arepocketing the difference. Just be warned. Read more
Manager was rude and unprofessional. On Uber app restaurant note: if you place an order within 1 hr before store closed and be... there after dining room closed just use drive thru to get your order. So my customer on Uber app placed an order 11:11pm and Ibeen there 12:30am to picked up at drive thur. The lady that I met her. She doesn?t want gave it to me. Always said ?store isclosed? even I saw 2 orders leave over there and customers already paid for that. She said it not mind and shut of the window. First the want to charge me for something I didn?t order. When I corrected them, the girl running the drive through took my... money then shoved the food in my face. All while talking to some co-worker/ manager. She didn?t even thank us for coming, sayhello or anything. The food?skin on the chicken was so hard you could not eat it. And the chicken itself was so greasy that youcould have used it as lotion. Not to mention the fact that some workers child was standing there getting something out of oneof the food bens. Place was clean but slow. I went inside to get the free Braves taco ???? and ordered a couple more tacos. Got the free taco... fast, but had to wait for the others. Turns out it was sitting there all along but no one noticed. Had to ask for sauce.Everyone wore a mask and shop was clean. Was impressed with a young man asking for someone with gloves to operate the cashierafter handing me a taco. ???? Were good. Felt bad for the employees since they have KFC and Taco bell to handle. I love their chicken, been eating it since i was a little boy, my dad would stop there on the way home from church every Sunday... and get a huge meal, it was awesome. Only thing was, there were never enough legs, cuz that's all I really like,and almosteverybody wants at least one leg. But this place let me get a 12 piece bucket of just legs, it's the only one that has done thatfor me and they have done it twice. The service was outstanding, despite the fact that they were busy.
