Jimmy John himself would be rolling in his grave if he saw how this establishment is being ran. I regularly need to order lunch... for work meetings. We've used this Jimmy John's a hand full of times, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they have dropped the ball.Today, I placed an online delivery order at 11:20 am for 6 people. After almost an hour, I called into the store and the guy atthe counter let me know that all deliveries were out, and it should be arriving soon. 30 more minutes pass so I call back up andget a lady who tells me the driver "Forgot the order at the store, and will bring it by after he is finished with his 7deliveries" I asked if I could just come pick up the order myself and have the delivery fee waived, to which she agreed. Once Iarrived at the store, Mrs. thang immediately had an attitude before she even knew who I was. Once I told her, that attituderocketed. She told me they still had a sandwich left to make and asked me to wait, which was very inconvenient as I had alreadybeen waiting almost two hours, which is MORE than enough time to prepare 6 sandwiches. After that, she rudely told me to pickout the chips and drinks for everyone. Normally, I would not mind this, but everyone ordered their own drink/chips and I wasunaware what everyone got. In this instance, after royally screwing this order up, I feel as though they had MORE than enoughtime to have the order ready and prepared for me, but if not, they should have gone the extra mile to try and rectify thesituation as much as possible. She did end up giving me a $5 bill which was supposed to be a refund for the delivery fee. Ihave worked in customer service my whole career, so I know that things happen that are out of your control. But the way thesituation was handled afterword's, is completely unacceptable. It is painfully obvious that the manger lacks a significantamount of home training. The guy working besides her, was not AS rude, but they both suck. The multiple experiences th Read more

The Tucker location needs to close down or change its hours. By 7 or 7:30, you cannot place an order because they don?t have... bread or lettuce for the wraps. Only one of my last five attempts has been successful. I use to love coming here because it isconveniently located on my route to work. They have lost a customer. Don?t waste your time attempting to come in the afternoonor evening. You will not be able to place an order. Read more

First time I have ordered anything here. Came in to pick-up my order and woman at counter just glared at me. No hello, can I... help you? Finally I said that I was here to pick-up an online order. She barked something I could not make out and asked heragain and she just said NAME. A guy next to her just picked up the bag with 3 fingers and handed me the sandwich without sayinganything. No thank you come again or anything resembling common courtesy. Sandwich was good, experience--not so good. Read more

If I could give less, I would. Tonight 8-10 was our third attempt to get food from this location in two weeks. The first two... times we went in person around 6pm only to discover the doors locked with nothing on the door to explain why they were not openduring stated business hours. This evening We ordered online at 5:58 and received confirmation of receipt and tracking info. After 45 minutes of the tracking info showing no progress and not having any food, I phoned the store to inquire about my order. After a minute or so on hold, the young lady informs me that they have no record of my order, but they would be happy to refundmy entire amount or make my food. I asked if they could give me a discount and send my food since it was a large inconveniencefor my elementary school child and wife sick with covid. I was politely told nope, its one or the other. We ate DQ. If I see acharge on my card, there will be additional conversations with this location?s owner. I have sent this exact info along withscreenshots of my confirmation and order info to corporate. Lets see if they are any better than their franchises. Update: 7days later and still not a peep from anyone at JJ. I even called corporate on 8-15. Read more

I hate leaving bad reviews? but I never actually got my food, or a refund. I?m okay if you have to cancel the order, but let me... know what?s going on. I didn?t find out my food wasn?t coming until after two hours of telling me it was almost there & then Isaw the store had closed & I was still patiently waiting. I would have just come & picked it up. I would have made my own foodfrom scratch in that time. The manager seemed nice when I talked to her, but we?ll see if I actually get a call back. Read more

?We?re only accepting carry out and online orders.? The very nature of this restaurant means that this basically translates to... ?staff is too lazy to wipe down tables after you eat?. 0 reason your dining room can?t be open. All 5 tables in it. Never mindwho would want to sit on it because you always have the music turned up like it?s your personal nightclub. Read more

I order from this specific Jimmy John's a few times a month and am always impressed by the level of service! One time I was... bummed because it said on the app that turkey wasn't available which goes on my regular order. I ordered something differentand when I got there, I mentioned it to Devin and he was able to change my order and said there must have been an issue with theapp. I was thrilled to have my regular Beach sub! Thank you Devin I really appreciate you going out of your way to make my lunchperfect! Read more

TLDR: Avoid the location and if you must eat there, don?t place an order online because they won?t follow it if you modify... anything. I?ve placed numerous orders at this location. All via online or their app. In at least 4-5 occasions the personmaking the sandwich did not follow my requests. Nothing extravagant. Simple things. No tomato. Add mustard. Add dijon. Nothingout of the ordinary. Today was the last straw. I ordered online. Whoever made the sandwich ignored my requests completely andfollowed the normal recipe for the sandwich. Again, I didn?t ask for anything extravagant as usual. EZ on the tomato andlettuce. Add dijon and mustard. None of this was followed. To make matters worse, when I opened up the sandwich I found a hairon it. In the ages of masks over faces and always needing gloves and hairnets with food handling, you would think this wouldn?thappen. I called the store and spoke to an associate. I asked for the manager and she said, ?I can help. What?s wrong?? Iexplained what happened. She then say, ?Oh, do you want to speak to a manager?? Ma?am, this is who I asked for from the startand you acted as if you were the manager or were apart of the leadership team. You aren?t though. She passed the phone off to agentleman who identified himself as ?Ray?. I repeated myself?to Ray. As if it mattered, Ray asked what color the hair on thesandwich is. It was small, slightly curly, and black. Ray then went on to tell me they have a time limit to make the sandwichesin so they rush at times and like all humans can make mistakes. Unacceptable. The order prints a ticket to follow to make thesandwich. You cannot justify to me that paying customers should be casualty?s off a Jimmy Johns time limit to make sandwiches. Not being able to make a sandwich in the given time is either a training or a staffing issue. Not a customer issue which Raytried to make it for me. As I was explaining the situation and my disappointment, Ray decided to stop listening and Read more
