Our waitress, Meagen was really sweet. And the hostess, Ms. Holly was nice also. Bathroom was clean.. It is am older location... and small but gives that old school diner vibe. food came out quick and fresh. Poor experience. Second time at this location. The first time I waited at the reception are for over 15 minutes with about 7... other customers and no one acknowledged us. I left. I decided to give it another go, abit better this time. Took 5 minutes tobe acknowledged.... I know, still not up to the standard of average customer service but an improvement. There was no prioritygiven to who arrived first. A random person was just chosen and offered a seat. ???????? Eventually got a seat, even though theplace was only half full when I got inside, and the person who got a seat after me was attended to first. What is going on atthis establishment??? Went in today with my grand daughter. My first thought when I saw how dirty the entry way was filthy doors nasty build up on the... floors the bench was dirty and sticky as well as the high chairs I should have left but I stayed not wanting to drag a 2 yr oldin and out of places . Maya was a decent server she wasn?t great but she wasn?t rude and she checked on us . the wholerestaurant was just so filthy dried syrup on everything ran down , I heard one server ask why the ice bin was full of water ,because it was clogged and yet they still made my drink from there . my Burger was burnt around the edges the lettuce lookedlike it had been boiled , fries were undercooked . Coffee was old . we cleaned up our mess and got a togo box and threw away $30worth of food . Didn?t see any reason trying to ask for a manager as I had not seen a mgr the entire visit and we were thereover an hour . the lack of management probably explains the poor condition of the restaurant . as a former IHOP mgr and serverin Atlanta I was really shocked at the condition at this location . it?s a pretty nice area . Job well done on my visit, the evening of Nov 18th. The posted pic is how it's done for all those who don't know. Updated... 6/4/22, unfortunately, the servers n other staff appear to have changed, unless work schedules did to where who once worked onmy last visit have gone to other shifts. Anywho, I had a simple order for "hot" browns and that was not met even after Iamplified it a 2nd time when I didn't hear the order placed that way. Surprisingly, when no server sought to chk whether myorder was sufficient or not, I actually had to approach the cook and ask if there was a microwave, which I haven't used inYEARS! It's unnatural but since I really desired hot food, as opposed to warm with a high AC overhead making food cold fast, Isuccumbed. So I even had to warm up my own order at this IHOP. Plus on the way out, my server made the poor experience to be myfault. Good graces there will not be a next time for sure EVER! I'm sure they're glad to know that. If you aren?t open, people cannot patronize your business. This is the second time we?ve come to eat at IHOP and y?all were NOT... open. Your signs say Open 24 hours. See pictures from our first try a few week ago. Last photo of Waffles is from todays tryat your place, and then we went to Waffle House next door. Your manager has to run their business by the golden rule: ?if youdon?t take care of the customer, someone else will!?. BTW, Google says 7AM, both times they were not open at 7AM. Read more
This location needs to be remodeled. The seats/ benches are falling apart. I had to push the bench cushion back to the wall,... because it was falling off. When I sat down the other side of my booth, the cushion was falling off of the seat back..... tableswe worn down and the paint faded. Place just looks overall dingy. The food was ok but we sat for almost 15 minutes withoutbeing acknowledged... we had to ask a passing waitress who our waiter was. A manager saw this then waited our table herself. Read more
The service here was nice. Our server was Gabby and she did an excellent job. She was cordial, attentive, and helpful. The... safety measures were on point. Our food came out in a timely manner and was hot and tasty. Thanks for such a pleasant andenjoyable breakfast. Read more
Don't go here on Sunday afternoon. Waited way too long to be sat when it's less than half full, yet they didn't seat guests... where they had space. They were out of fruit (how??). The food wasn't good. There was no music playing so we had to listen topeople talking & chewing the whole time. Easily one of the worst IHOP experiences ever. Read more
