We travel for work and this is one of the best places we have tried across the country! The macaroni and cheese, brisket and... Turkey were amazing! My husband really enjoyed the super duty sandwich and the staff was impressed that he ?smashed? it. Doyourself a favor and check it out. Brisket was a little dry and needed sauce. The cowboy beans and fries were pretty good. Nothing crazy, but tasty. Service was... okay. We went on a busy Friday night so we understand. Been meaning to try this place out since they opened just hadn't had the time. The smells have always been so good when I've... been by in downtown. Finally went with a friend in town and oh the beef brisket is fantastic and delicious. Texas style spareribs and smoked wings nicely done. Will def be down to have more brisket in the future. So happy I found this cute little restaurant. The brisket was divine and the sauce was perfect. I bought a pound of brisket to... make spring rolls with and it just did not disappoint. I also ended up getting a taco. It was so well seasoned. I think thesauce it came with is ok house made, it was really good too. It was a little spicy but I enjoyed it. The brisket was so goodthat I couldn?t wait to come home the next day and eat the rest of it. I?m excited to try this place again and dine in. Theyoung lady who took my Togo order was so nice and helpful. It was quick and easy. My husband and I came here on accident actually because we were intending on visiting a restaurant across the street but they... were closed for cleaning and they recommended we come here. We were seated immediately. They have indoor and outdoor seating.This place is dog friendly in case you want to bring your pup out for an adventure! We kept it simple on our meals and orderedthe BBQ plate with 2 sides. The food was okay at best. Best thing on my plate was the fried okra. They didn?t have many optionsfor BBQ sauce and both were eh. Heavy on the vinegar. It didn?t taste balanced at all. I think that alone kept me from enjoyingmy food the most.
