this is too much with this domino?s messed up order again. Top part of bread is shorter than bottom. Missing onions, missing... banana peppers missing cheese. Please train your employees dominos 101. I?m done with this location. There is always an issue. Today, I placed a delivery order at 5:30pm. I received a call at... 6:15pm stating that they didn?t have dough! How does a pizza place accept orders when they don?t have dough? And why does ittake 45 minutes to call back? Then they let me know that my refund will take 5-7 business days. So they get to keep my moneyfor a week after cancelling the order? Papa John?s and Mellow will get my money from now on. Read more
Really discouraged from buying Domino's ever again. I ordered back in April. April 14th.The pizza order was placed around 8:30.... At 11pm I started receiving updates that "Cam" was delivering the pizza. Sure enough I never got my order. I was charged plus atip and I still have yet to hear from this store as to why I have not gotten a refund nor a explanation of why my order neverdelivered. SMH. I ordered an Extravaganza minus beef, minus black olives, and minus mushrooms, add bacon, add banana peppers, and add pineapple... to replace the toppings removed. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by one of the pizza makers, but not thecashier. The cashier asked the woman ahead of me if she had ordered and said she did. The cashier then proceeds to answer thephone and ignore the customer. One of the pizza makers screamed at the cashier that she needed to put the phone on hold andfinish with the customer ahead of me. The phone is placed on hold, the cashier seems very confused, confirms the customersname, and then tells her her total and that her pizza is still cooking. At this point I had already responded for a good 4-5minutes that I was there waiting for my pizza on the Domino's "Pie Pass" app. But no acknowledgement to that had been made. Thecashier and customer ahead of me are now discussing payment and the cashier has advised the customer that she will not be givingher any change even though she is giving the cashier $40 for about a $22 bill. Payment and change is finally decided and thecashier then asks me if I've ordered. I advised the cashier that I ordered online and she says she can't find me, then says Iowe $8. Keep in mind that my name has been up on the digital signage this entire time that my order has been ready. I advisedthe cashier that I paid ahead of time and that the order was $14. The cashier seems very confused and almost confrontationalwhen one of the pizza makers steps up and asks me what my order was. I advised him that it was a Supreme with some toppingchanges, notably pineapple. He corrects me and says, "You mean Extravaganza and I remember the pineapple." He locates thepizza and hands the box from the warming rack to the cashier who then passes it to me. Delivery said 20-30 minutes, so I gave them an hour. Called after an hour had passed and they told me it was done but another... hour for delivery. Yeah, I?m gonna lay full price and wait two hours for cold pizza. This place might as well not be open. Read more
