We get there and no one is in line. You would think oh great right?? NOBODY greeted us you could see there to be about 4... workers. There was one worker working drive through two workers prepping orders and then there was one girl just standing therewatching one guy prepare the food looking at us and back at him the WHOLE time we stood waiting to be acknowledged. Two morecustomers walking and we are still standing there waiting while she looked back and forth from us back to the burrito the guywas making. Finally after waiting forever we decided to leave. Mind you NOBODY opted to greet us ask us to hold on someone willbe right with you? NOTHING. But as soon as we walk out she approaches the counter to take the orders of the other twoindividuals who had not too long before we walked out got there. Del Taco is the spot where you get great tasting food and good service. I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes you have to... be a little patient, because drive thru can occasionally back up due to high demand. Read more

I was having a good experience until they forgot about my order. The guy with the dreads was expediting food, asked the guys on... the food line was my order made. I?m assuming they said it was because I was expecting my food to come up right after. Thatwasn?t the case. I had to ask about my order after waiting an additional 10 minutes for it. I finally got it after I asked forit and the guy that brought to me did apologize, but by that time I was already upset about it. The food is decent. It's the service at this location that is driving this review. I ordered 3 burritos, received 3 tacos. No... big deal, I'll just walk in and let them know and we can fix it. With a huff and a puff, it was "fixed" only for me to get backto my car to find they gave me 2 burritos. Not 3. So I walked back in, again, to get the 3rd. The WORST customer service! My burrito had a foul smell!!! It look DISGUSTING! All ingredients were not on it!! I ordered the... wrong item by mistake. Absolutely terribly slow service. Not worth the hassle. We literally waited 30+ minutes before we finally gave up and requested... a refund. The cashier - super nice about the ordeal. The manager who processed the refund - didn't speak to us once, acknowledgethe issue, give any sort of apology, nothing. Awful experience, and never again. Read more
