I wish I can rate it a freaking -99. Last 3 visits of line has been the worst. Have to ask to give a little more rice every... freaking time. Today they gave around 4-5 pieces of chicken and the girl said its gonna be extra for more. I was like do Ifreaking look like a beggar to you. Useless freaking outlet. The service is always great. Everyone has a smile on their face and they give you a excellent portion of food.
Chipotle could be so much better the outside is always dirty but the building looks nice. The inside always have tons of... sitting available but long lines. The employee most of them are nice and get the order right. I have found hair in my food andrice was not fully cooked. This could be solved by wearing something over the head, wearing gloves, make sure food is cookedand the restaurant is clean inside and outside. Read more
I'm going to tell it to you straight that this new steak dish that they have "now," it is the same ingredients as what they had... put on the chicken the last time. The only thing different is that they put a dry rub on the steak! And the guy in the storeagreed with me! I tell you anything to charge more money just because they added some ingredients that they put on the chickenlast time. SMH. I guess they said that they would try it on the state this time versus keeping it on the chicken to see whichone I guess people would like the most with those herbs and spices. Chipotle has been known to skimp you meat wise on Togo orders, I never really believes this till I ordered via the app. I got... home with my steak burrito and noticed I had very little steak for a burrito I paid $15 for.
