Went through the drive thru ordered a kids meal a fish dinner and a shrimp dinner. When I got to the window we got our drinks... and waited for food the two dinners were good and perfect but the kids meal was as not in the bag even after asking the guy atthe window multipe times if all the food was in there along with the kids meal and apple juice and he said they didn?t haveapple juice and hadn?t added a drink for the kids drink so we asked him to do so but he gave it to us for free wich was verynice but the kids meal wasn?t in the bag Read more
This was my first time eating anything from Captain D's. I went through the drive through window. I ordered a fish sandwich. ... It took a little longer than I would have liked. When I got home to eat the sandwich, it was still hot , and tasted good. It was worth the wait. Read more
Spicy fish is really good. I like a little spice but not super spicy and this is exactly it. Although one time I got a 3 piece... and asked for tartar sauce (most people would give 3 for a 3 peice) and she gave me 2 and one of them was cocktail sauce!!!Sorry but without tarter sauce I don't even want it. Next visit I got a 2 peice though and the guy gave me 3 tartar sauces, MYMAN. Read more

I order a catfish feast with okra fries Cole slaw and extra hushpuppies came up to $16.50 and when I got to my destination this... is what I had so not only did I lose money but I didn't get no where near what I asked for and I will not be recommending thislocation to anyone else. We have been eating at Captain D?s for a number of years, but have not eaten from this particular location since the pandemic... began. Saw it on DoorDash so we thought we?d give it another try. Ordered the 3 piece plate (coleslaw and fried okra), hushpuppies and large Mountain Dew. The order arrived quickly, complete and packaged well for delivery. The fish tasted just like Iremembered it (moist and flaky inside, nice crispy coating outside). Absolutely love the ?crispies? that fall off. Almost like amini side in themselves. Excellent hush puppies, average but tasty coleslaw and fried okra. Can?t ruin a good Mountain Deweither. Overall, it was an excellent lunch, not a bad bargain for the lunch buck, and I?d have no problem ordering that samemeal again. Read more
Stay away from this place. My mom likes their coleslaw so I got her some fish and coleslaw and myself a fish sandwich with... fries. To my surprise, the container with the fish sandwich and fries came with a piece of hair. And obviously, no one wears ahairnet there. Needless to say, I am never ordering from this location again. I should have gotten a hint when the cashierspent 5 minutes speaking to some people in the restaurant (they appeared to be workers), before acknowledging me to collectpayment at the window. This was probably the same reason she did not acknowledge me at the ordering area, and when she didafter a few minutes, she stated ?hold on?. And, no cars were in front of me. Like everywhere else, food costs here have risen, but are still a relative bargain--especially if you're a coupon clipper. Also... like everywhere else, staff seem inexperienced and struggling to keep up. (This location in particular used to be a bastion forexceedingly polite and gracious senior-citizen workers. I wonder where they went and if some ill-conceived corporate policy hasbeen implemented.) Still, for fairly cheap fast seafood, Captain D's is the only game in town (alas, Arthur Treacher's RIP).
