At first great customer service. I had to bring food back because of the watered down drink and for food. The harshbrowns was... re-fried they could have gave them to me luke-warm and it wouldn?t been a problem my sandwich had all kind of substance on itwas Terrible. So I bring the food back and the employee Jesus was upset because of me bringing the food back.. he took the foodand said he put the money back on my card. I don?t know how the refund system works at Burger King but most restaurant has tohave a card present. He didn?t give me a receipt saying that he refunded my card. I didn?t get a picture of the food because Iwas so disgusted with it. And needed to be somewhere this happened on 10/03/2022 at 9:20am(when I came back) no date or time onthe receipt. Jesus lied about the money going back on my card. will never come back here again.. All want is my money back(Refund me please). Contacting corporate. Read more

The service probably could've been better if the speaker wasn't broken and you had to sit in line to order at the window. That's... kinda frustrating when you're on a timed lunch. I also got no condiments or the sauce I asked for to go with my chicken fries. Read more
I would like to take a moment to thank the director over this Burger King for making our Saturday very pleasant along side the... general manager and the drive thru employees at this location! The food was fresh hot and they all went out of their way to makesure we left there very satisfied. Truly grateful ???? for good quality old school service. Thank you all for everything!!! Read more
When I tell you this location is just such a disappointment. I?ve been here before and had cold cheese put in my burger. It... doesn?t matter if they are busy or not. This was my last time here. I waited for more that 30 minutes. Finally ordered my foodand asked them to put extra ketchup in the bag. They said they didn?t have any. I said ok. They also said they didn?t have anyfrozen drinks. Mind you it is only 1pm so I?m having a hard time seeing them run out by that time, they must have run out theday before. Anyway I pay for my food and leave. The fries were very stale and so was my burger in addition to them adding barelyany sauce or lettuce to my burger! He only mentioned not having ketchup packets when I asked for extra, I did not realize thisalso meant the ketchup they used in their ingredients. Offered no other sauces. But I blame myself because I?m used to the badservice at this location I should not have wasted my time or money. Lesson learned. Read more
Horrible... Ordered dinner for my wife and I tonight. Ordered two double whoppers with cheese meals, slight variations on the... toppings, large fries, and two drinks. The ONLY thing they got right was the drinks, but not before I sat in line for way over30 minutes. Received two SINGLE whoppers, with out cheese, only lettuce and pickles, and small fries. And noreceipt.... Unfortunately I didn't discover this mess up until I got home. Can't belive I paid over $24 for this. Definitelymaking an online complaint.. Read more
I sit here in the drive thru lane, asking myself why I still get food here. The restaurant is always sadly understaffed, the... drive thru speaker hasn't worked for months, and one of the canopies is hanging on for dear life... I would give it one star,except it's the only convenient BK near me so I have to hope it continues to hang on lol... Burger King please fix this placeup, I have literally seen 9 cars drive around the drive thru lane in the 5 minutes it took me to type this in my phone. You aremissing out on business! That's all.
