There should be at least one person dedicated to working the cash register inside the store for dine in customers. No one should... have to wait 15 minutes before they can even give their order. Nor should you have to wait another 15 minutes to receive yourfood. Read more

Today was my first time at this Bojangles location & it was a complete waste of time and money. I ordered a bacon-egg-cheese... biscuit. When I got to the window I asked to add a bo-berry biscuit. The lady at the window said ?you can?t add items at thewindow?. She didn?t ask me to pull up didn?t offer a different alternative. Waited 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready in curbside pick up parking, called the restaurant and the phone lines... were off. Had to unload the kids and go inside, just to find out this location doesn?t see curbside or online orders. Then theyonly had the spicy chicken. We arrived at 10:30 and after all of this left at 11:30. Drive thru wrapped around the building.Would not recommend coming here. Read more

This location is so convenient to us so we keep trying to make it work but it is consistently terrible. Only come if you have... 30min - 45 min to stand or wait in the drive thru and never get what you asked. This morning we gave our order, they didn't seemto get it so we repeated it. They still got it wrong so we politely asked if they needed it repeated and they were SO rude aboutit. Finally got our order and they were missing half our order (which wasn't large to begin with) and no sides. We are drivingout to the Buford Highway location to get the rest and will never come out to this location again. Read more

Management your Team had one job to make sure my order was correct.since the young lady brought my food to the car and repeated... everything that she put in the bag.i didn't double-check. I should have. I feel like this establishment owe me a refund for themissing items ididnt get. I feel cheated. I am another experience where they take your order when they feel like it. The employees literally just stand around talking... (cussing A LOT) while I stand around waiting patiently to get breakfast. I finally asked if I need to just go through the drivethrough to get service. Of course they took my order then. I was the only person in line inside and waited over twenty minutesbefore I got my biscuit. Unbelievable! Only visit here if you have plenty of time and want to hear all the local drama. The foodis great though. That's the only reason I put the second star on rating. Read more

The workers here will take your order when they feel like it. I got to listen to an entire conversation before a guy on his... break & then the manager finally yelled to the clerk that we were ready to order. The food was fast and they forgot my sauce.Then I had to get one of the workers making food to get my sweet tea. I will NOT be back. Other than that, everyone was reallynice. Read more
