Well our experience was okay i guess......???????? not many greeting from the drive thru workers (no hellos or anything), I... order my meal, asked about the what kind of Kid meals buckets (Halloween) they had available today, the lady said "You get thekids meal with whatever bucket", didn't even tell what kind they had, then I got home the Kids meal drink was carbonated, Idon't know what kind of workers don't check there beverages, I mean terrible service tbh I rather spend my moneyelsewhere......Maybe tacobell the one across the street Read more

Only ?restaurant? in town( along with some other fast food chains) , therfore we were obliged to go there . I made an order for... take away . When I received my order , half of it was missing. Employees were not the friendliest persons on earth and theyhesitated in giving me the missing order. I recommend to check well before going away . Read more
This McDonald's location, in Tuba City, was enjoyable. I'll go as far as to say it's the best McDonald's I've been to. The... building was clean, the bathrooms were clean, ordered at a kiosk, the food was all correct and wasn't sloppy. The staff waspleasant and helpful. Read more
Tom Hanks here. And I hate sand. I mean, I really, really hate sand. It's everywhere, and it gets everywhere, and it's just the... worst. So you can imagine how pleased I was to find out that McDonald's has a new "Sand Free Zone" where you can enjoy yourfood without having to worry about getting sand all over you. The food was great, as always, and I didn't have to worry aboutgetting sand in my food, which was a huge relief. The only downside is that the Sand Free Zone is only available in selectrestaurants, so you'll have to check to see if your local McDonald's has it before you go. But overall, I was very pleased withmy experience, and I will definitely be back to enjoy more sand-free meals in the future. The McDonald's in Tuba City has been getting worse and worse by the day. The staff is extremely rude especially if the customer... is non-native. As a share holder of the company, this is a troubling trend. Management needs to improve customer serviceotherwise the Office of Investor Education and Assistance will also be contacted if this issue is not resolved. Read more

Honestly, big fan of Mc Donald, always a safe option on a road trip ! Unfortunately this experience at this location was... terrible, Food took longer to come out... And it was wrong, ordered a larger ice coffee sub milk (didn't want cream) gave me alarge black ice coffee. The staff member said " it would be an extra charge for milk" .. excuse me I ordered it with milk makeit right the first time. Then had to beg and beg for milk. Which the staff member gave me probably a spit worth of. And thenproceeded to walk away from the issue and while we were still standing there. For probably another 5 mins. Finally the managermade it right and provided me with milk... didn't realize I had to beg and argue with the staff members for a simple milk shotfor my ice coffee as the way I originally requested..
