I mean..... c'mon. It's McDonald's. The food is pretty awful but it is what it is....and what it was, was the ONLY place open... heading back to our hotel after a concert. The drive thru worker was a young guy, really friendly and did a great job. I have been here twice, the first time I ask for 2 happy meals with plain cheesburgers because that's the only thing that my... kids order the guy attending the speaker at the drive through couldn't understand even though I repeated several times at theend my kids only got the buns no meat or cheese. 2nd time there was only one lady by her self same thing she couldn't understandme she answered in a rude way and well this time there was meat but no cheese in the cheeseburgers that my kids ordered. This McDonald's has the same problem as most McDonald's poor service. The Latino guy in the window acted rude and like he was... better then everyone else. I now think I've had the worst food known to man. 2 McChicken sandwiches that were obviously made hrsbefore with hard buns and cold chicken. Less then 1 star. I'm done with McDonald's!!!!!!! Do not go there for food. Worse service ever. I ordered an ice cream with my food and I gotten up to the window. The girls at... the window all most did not give me my ice cream. I will never go there again.when I went throw the drive through and asked fortwo medium strawberry banana smoothie and they gave me two small banana strawberry smoothie. Read more
Employees are very short when greeting you not the friendliness bunch of people. On two separate occasions I paid for extra... condiments and was charged for the extra ones but did not receive them. I would have to admit there is a smooth transition from breakfast to lunch everyday. Rather it is rather your cheese is melted... on your Burger or not...... Customer service gets 4 stars because they were so polite but yet forgot to give me my drink. Lolexclamation explanation point good place to go for lunch while lines are never too busy. This mcdonalds never seems to be open past 2 am and once again has closed at 12am tonight sending 8 customers away from the... drive thru. They probably should update their hours accordingly online. I've never had an order be wrong, I just wish they wouldhave consistent hours and less impatient employees. Read more
